Just had to post it. It was nice to see this while surfing late at night! Congrats Senator!
There are a myriad of blogs and news commentaries on the win, but mostly, I just wanted to celebrate. Regardless of what spin the MSM puts on this, I’m happy that the voters in true blue Mass are the kind of voters they are… mostly independent thinkers!

Referendum. Best single word summing up what happened in Mass, I think. On a separate note – I was informed today that claiming to be a Libertarian just means you’re a different flavor of Republican… at least in Northern Virginia.

Good word, and it definitely works for me – here’s hoping the political machine that tends too far left sees it that way and swings more centrist! Hmmm, as for Libertarian = Republican?? Bullshit, that’s just lazy thinking and a convenient way of marginalizing arguments to which one doesn’t want to respond. I suppose you’re a Republican if you’re a member of the party (though according to some Republicans, even that’s not true), but if you’re not? Pffft.
